4QNQ EVENT RULES

 

These regulations apply for any events / talents that are affiliated with 4QNQ - including : Idol Box, Idol Nexus, Solo Hako, Froggy Rave, Wooly, Part of Piece, NEONism, Double You, YOU, Nakano Fes, IDOLKURA, Part of Piece! events.

ATTENDEE RULES

Failure to follow any of the rules below may result in bans or removal from 4QNQ, and other affiliated events.

PIT & AUDIENCE MANNERS

Failure to follow any of the rules below may result in bans or removal from 4QNQ, and other affiliated events. 
 

  • ​RESPECT & GOOD VIBES – Keep things friendly. Strictly no aggression, hate, or deliberate harm.

  • NO SAIZEN KANRI (guarding the front row) - Attendees found guarding the front row, even verbally, for example: "I own the front row / keep X out of the front row" will be immediately removed from the venue. Permanent bans will be issued if there is financial remuneration attached to this, especially in the case of VIP ticketing and specialised tickets.

  • NO OFFENSIVE/VULGAR CALLS - Includes OMMC, CME, etcetera

  • NO PHYSICAL CONTACT - no non-consensual contact with any performers/talents or attendees. Do NOT pressure for physical contact. Be mindful of personal space as well and belongings.

  • PRIVACY - Respect privacy of staff, attendees, performers. (See SOCIAL MEDIA & OUTSIDE OF EVENTS section)

  • No loitering - after event has concluded

  • Do not talk to Performers unless during Meet n Greet section of event (paid/unpaid) 

  • Avoid talking about matters regarding artists other projects during meet n greet - check with the artist's own regulations to be sure. Please do not ask artists about other artists as well. 

  • HARASSMENT - Harassment of any staff, artists, associates at our events or online is not tolerated and will result in a ban from events

  • ​Any unwanted romantic advances will be treated as sexual harassment - this is a professional environment

  • Do not pressure, promise, or blackmail talents, with merchandise purchases or gifts, or other intangibles

  • DRINK SAFELY – At any events where alcohol is served, please remember to bring your ID and drink safely. Please keep your drinks supervised at all times, and drink responsibly.

  • UNLESS EVENT is a "NEXUS" event please do not self-promote your business at our events - You are to attend events as an attendee - please note this is out of respect for the host and artists at the event.

These are forbidden UNLESS "Mosh zone*" is noted on ticket or at venue:

  • LIFTING that may lead to SLINGSHOTS or CROWD SURFING

  • MOSHING​ - includes the following but not limited to....

  • WALL OF DEATH 

  • WRECKING / CROWD KILLING

  • HB STRUT

  • CIRCLE PIT

  • MOST HC DANCING ("two-step" excluded, unless combined with windmilling, etcetera)

  • PIG PILING

  • As an attendee, Injury as a result of the non-compliance to the above may absolve AGS102 PTY LTD. of financial liability, especially if verbal communication has been made by staff to stop.
     

*Mosh zone

  • Mosh zones are NOT available at events by default and will be specified.

  • They are a separately ticketed OR an option you may select on the day.

  • Area is separate and you may not have your limbs outside the specified area/buffer zone under no circumstances

  • Liability waiver will need to be signed/agreed upon, upon ticketing

MEDIA

  • We encourage coverage of most events, unless a No Photography/Videography rule is established – please contact us at hello@4qnq.info to apply for a media pass. Please let us know early if you have any questions or interviews you would like to do. Due to the limited staffing, we will only reply to successful applicants. Please also contact us as soon as possible, as we will not accept any applications that are less than 3 prior to event.

  • Please tag any artists correctly - check their social media accounts on our posts @4qnq_info - or tag us and we will subsequently tag them on their behalf.

  • No tripods / Steadicams / rigs - all recording devices must be handheld and be the body of the device + lens only unless you have a physical disability.

  • No photography & video during merch sales (Buppan)

  • Any media taken illegally will be reported to authorities. Please note we reserve the right to ask you to stop photography or videography if we have valid concerns over safety

SOCIAL MEDIA & OUTSIDE OF EVENTS

Applies to Part of Piece!, Wooly, NEONism talents

  • Strictly no Private Messaging of talents. You may reply to them on public forums, however 4QNQ will side with the talents rather than you regardless of conduct and it may result in immediate ban from future 4QNQ affiliated events in upon discovery.

  • Please do not private message associates, including friends, other Idol talents in the scene, staff, of talents to deliver messages to said talents outside of official channels (email - hello@neonism.info, or 4qnq.info X or Instagram accounts).

  • Outside of events, please do not follow or tail talents - police will be called immediately upon discovery.

  • Please do not approach any talents outside of events.

  • Action relating to the above may be taken without informing offending parties including legal action, police, etcetera. 4QNQ reserves the right to inform third-parties that may be affected by breaches to goodwill, and good faith in protecting Sydney J-Pop Idol, and Kaigai Idol integrity.

TOKUTENKAI & BUPPAN (meet n greet + merchandise sales)

Applies to ALL artists who are appearing at 4QNQ held events from 27th of November 2025.

BUPPAN/MERCHANDISE SALES

  • Merchandise can be replaced if there is issue with a defect (eg: dark cheki)

  • Do not pressure talents with promises with items such as gifts or purchases of merchandise

  • Please purchase merchandise as soon as possible - we will not re-open merchandise tables
     

TOKUTENKAI/MEET n GREET REGULATION 

  • Meet n Greet per cheki is guaranteed at 60 seconds for a cheki if time is not stated

  • Staff reserve the right to end your meet n greet session without explanation

  • Please check expiry of cheki tokens and redeem them as soon as possible. No refunds will be offered for expired token
     

Etiquette during tokutenkai (meet n greet)

  • You are not to stand behind the idol or have any part of your body behind the performer

  • Strictly no contact with talents during cheki

  • Do not ask for physical contact or acts that imply sexual conduct

  • ​Breach of any of the above will result in removal of offender from venue with no refunds offered for services​

  • Any feedback is to be given to the event director (4QNQ) and not artists directly - please email hello@4qnq.info

  • Please line up for cheki as soon as possible - due to limits to venues we will not extend cheki past door close times. Please only purchase as many tokens as you think you will use on the day. Time limited tokens may be refunded under limited circumstances, however we strongly suggest lining up for Cheki as soon as possible.

TICKETING

(only for tickets purchased from 4qnq.square.site or 4qnq.info)

 

  • E-tickets are sent out to your email immediately after purchase. Please contact us if you do not receive any e-ticket. Check your spam folder as well if nothing arrives. 

  • Rescheduling - Please note in case of rescheduling you may email us for a full refund if you cannot make the date of the event. Should you not contact us, tickets will be carried forward to the new date.

  • Cancellation - Event cancellations will result in the full refund of event tickets

  • Please note that any breach of attendee rules may result in 4QNQ/AGS 102 PTY LTD taking action against said attendee after investigation and depending on severity. We will cancel any tickets purchased proactively and may take further action not limited to contacting law enforcement. We will keep you notified should action be taken against you for breach of rules.​
