WOOLY'S PHOTOWALK Ofukai @MELBOUNE!

Let’s snap some photos with Wooly! She will be wearing a styled outfit suitable for the Melbourne CBD! The walk will be along a mostly pre-planned route along some aesthetic and interesting photo spots! Don’t be afraid to ask Wooly for pose requests and other things!

=General Guidelines=

• Feel free to chat to Wooly!

• Be respectful, to other Ofukai Attendees, Wooly and Staff!

• No physical contact with Wooly or Staff

• Melbourne weather – bring an umbrella or raincoat – or get ready to get rained on! The weather can change a lot, but it might lead to some breathtaking photography.

• Wear comfortable shoes – we will be walking a lot

• Respectful requests – please ask for pose requests that are respectful and appropriate.

• Please leave and do not loiter post-event! Thank you for your cooperation!

=Photography / Media Rules=

• Only digital/traditional photography permitted. No Video or Direct to Print photos to be taken EXCEPT...

• Wooly towards the end of the event will take a short selfie video with you on your mobile device

• complementary cheki will be taken for you – please specify if it is a Solo or Two-Shot on the day!ONE SIGNED

• Extra cheki may be purchased during the event when we stop for photography, or at the end of the event.

• Bring your own camera(s) - 4QNQ nor Wooly will be providing camera equipment except for some lighting equipment

You may photograph

• Melbourne, scene/street photography

• Wooly – when we are stopped to do photos

• Yourselves – however please ask the other attendees before doing so

• You may not take photos of staff!

=Equipment=

The following camera types are allowed – please email to ask if you are unsure.hello@neonism.info

• DSLR/Mirrorless

• Point & Shoot / Superzoom

• Phone Camera

• Any non-printing film camera (Rangefinder, SLR, Disposable compact, etcetera)

• In addition - on body flash is allowed, however no light stands/lights on stands or tripods are allowed to ot inconvenience the public

Staff will be carrying the following equipment in case of challenging lighting

• Mini Reflector Dish

• Pavotube (LED light tube)

==Model Release Conditions==

• Attendees are permitted to post the photos on their own social media, regardless of whether the social media account is for a hobby, commercial, or monetised. Please tag Wooly @Wooly_chan (on most social media) where possible!

• Attendees are not permitted to directly sell photography taken at the Ofukai that involves Wooly. To do so please contact Wooly at .hello@neonism.info

• Photography is not to be fed to LLM/GANs, etcetera.

=Refunds and Cancellations=

• In case of extreme weather, the ofukai will be cancelled with full refunds, less any processing fees. You will be contacted, and refunds should be processed within 3-5 business days.

• Late attendance is not partially refundable – please try to get to the location 15 minutes before the start time.

• Cancellation requests must be done at least 48 hours before the event via email at (from time of contact via email), after that time only 50% of the fees will be refunded, unless there are exceptional circumstances.hello@neonism.info

• You will be asked to leave if there is uncomfortable or antisocial behaviour repeatedly with no refunds offered.
