Kick off the PAX weekend early with 4QNQ's first independent IDOL BOX in Melbourne! At the vibrant Club Voltaire, we'll bring the show down from Melbourne with a cute and cosy start!

   DOORS FOR EVENT 3:15PM AEST - 5:30PM CLOSE - all attendees to leave hall at 5:30PM

• MERCH SALES POST EVENT - Please buy your merch as soon as possible as doors close early for this event!!

• Tickets are not posted - please use your e-ticket that is sent to your email If you do not receive the email please DM us at @4qnq_info on X or Instagram to check. Your mailing Address is only taken in order to mail items such as postal cheki from the idol groups, or lost property. Please use your nickname instead if you would like to keep some level of privacy.
  

General House Rules :

• RESPECT - Respect each other at the event

• SAFETY - Look out for each other, staff will remove you from venue for: Throwing hands, wall of death, lifts, crowdsurfing, etcetera, Moshing/Shoving/pushing/encouraging crowd surges, Entering the stage during performances. Any other dangerous pit rituals that may pose a risk of injury. Do not enter backstage during any time of event of venue or front of house.

• BE MINDFUL - please respect personal space

• NO PHYSICAL CONTACT - with any performers without consent, no asking  or pressuring for physical contact during Cheki

• NO LOITERING - around after venue has concluded

• PRIVACY - Respect the privacy of staff, attendees, performers

• MEDIA - OK!Except : No filming/Photography of Merchandise Sales / Cheki (unless consent given)No tripods/heavy camera equipment in the pit

Media Rules

• If media from universities, commercial or nfp organisations, please kindly email us at hello@neonism.info prior to the event so we can provide a media pass. Please contact 1 week from this event or we will automatically reject your application.

• Filming is OK! Please make sure you tag all artists involved !!

• No photography, videography in front row seats, or front of audience area.

• No tripods / steadicams / other fixtures - all recording devices must be handheld

• Do not use large attachments such as speedlites, piggyback cameras, etcetera

• No photography or selfies in cheki lines and during merch sales - please be mindful that other guests are also waiting for their turn!! There are many performers as well!

• Any media taken illegally will be reported to authorities. Please note we reserve the right to ask you to stop photography or videography if we have valid concerns over safety
