[Wooly] Zoo Ofukai!

Let's go to the Zoo with Wooly!

Come to Taronga Zoo and enjoy a day with Wooly, and see all the wildlife! =Event Details=

Time/Date: 11AM Start (end time not definite, at least 2hrs~) 15th February 2025

Venue : Taronga Zoo

Tickets : $70 Per Person - does not include Taronga Zoo Admission/Ticket

Ticket inclusions:

• Ofukai - walk and chat! Wooly will be leading the walk!

• 1 group selfie/photo

• 1 signed cheki (taken at the end)

• Photo time - at certain locations, will be announced by Wooly, feel free to use your camera. (Please read photography/media rules below)

=Schedule=

• 11AM - meet at ticketing booths at Taronga Zoo - please DM wooly if you will be late as we will enter the park promptly!

• Walk thru Taronga Zoo (at least 2 hrs)

• Merch sales / tokutenkai

• End of event - thank you for coming!

=General Guidelines=

• Feel free to chat to Wooly!

• Be respectful, to other Ofukai Attendees, Wooly and Staff!

• No physical contact with Wooly or Staff

• Wear comfortable shoes, and ensure you are dressed appropriately

  • We will be walking a lot

  • Outdoor event - please use sunscreen, wear a hat, have a parasol, etcetera

  • Please ensure you have enough hydration

• Photography - Respectful requests – please ask for pose requests that are respectful and appropriate.

• Please leave and do not loiter post-event! Thank you for your cooperation!

• Do not ask for private information, etcetera, including information about other people

• Any Food or Drink is to be paid by you, not Wooly. Please ask staff first if you would like to pay for something on behalf of Wooly or Staff. This also applies to the Dinner section.

=Photography / Media Rules=

• Only digital/traditional photography permitted. No Video or Direct to Print photos to be taken

• Cheki may be purchased during the event when we stop for photography, or at the end of the event.

• Bring your own camera(s) - 4QNQ nor Wooly will be providing camera equipment

• Wooly – when we are stopped to do photos

• Yourselves – however please ask the other attendees before doing so

• You may not take photos of staff!

==Model Release Conditions==

• Attendees are permitted to post the photos on their own social media, regardless of whether the social media account is for a hobby, commercial, or monetised. Please tag Wooly @Wooly_chan (on most social media) where possible!

• Attendees are not permitted to directly sell photography taken at the Ofukai that involves Wooly. To do so please contact Wooly at

• Photography is not to be fed to LLM/GANs, etcetera.
  

=Refunds and Cancellations=

• In case of extreme weather, the ofukai will be cancelled with full refunds, less any processing fees. You will be contacted, and refunds should be processed within 3-5 business days.

• Late attendance is not partially refundable – please try to get to the location 15 minutes before the start time.

• Cancellation requests must be done at least 48 hours before the event via email at

  (from time of contact via email), after that time only 50% of the fees will be refunded, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

• You will be asked to leave if there is uncomfortable or antisocial behaviour repeatedly with no refunds offered.
